TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 General
1.1 Definitions:
You, your, customer: Customers who access this website and/or purchase products.
Enjoi, we, us, our: Enjoi Products Limited.
Products: products offered for sale by Enjoi Products Limited.
1.2 Placing an order through this website with Enjoi constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree unconditionally to these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are deemed to be incorporated into any contract between us for the purchase of products by you from this website.
1.3 These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice by Enjoi.
1.4 All information contained on this website is for your convenience, and while Enjoi has taken reasonable care in the preparation of the content, and has no reason to believe that any information contained in this website is inaccurate, Enjoi makes no warranty or representation that the information contained in this website is error-free, reliable, adequate or accurate.
1.5 Unless otherwise stated, Enjoi is the owner of all copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in this website, including but not limited to the Enjoi logo, design, images and photos. Unauthorised redistribution or replication or any other form of commercial use of any of the content is strictly prohibited.
1.6 Nothing on this website should be taken as the making of any recommendation or the giving of any advice, nor used as the basis for making a decision or taking any action. In particular, nothing on this website is intended as a substitute for taking medical advice.
1.7 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in relation to all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of this website and/or purchase and use of the products.
2 Restricted to 18 years and over
2.1 All Enjoi products are restricted for sale to persons 18 years and over.
2.2 In purchasing the products you warrant that you are 18 years of age and that you will not allow products you have purchased to be used by anyone under 18 years of age.
2.3 We reserve the right to require photo identification from you and to refuse to sell products to you if identification satisfactory to Enjoi in our sole discretion is not provided.
3 Product use
3.1 All Enjoi products are manufactured in New Zealand to the highest quality standards and meet and exceed all local legal requirements.
3.2 Enjoi makes no claim whatsoever as to the medicinal, psychological or physiological properties or effects of any of its products.
3.3 In purchasing the products you warrant that you:
a Are healthy, with no pre-existing medical condition;
b Have no mental or emotional disability or impairment, and are capable of making decisions for yourself;
c Are not pregnant or breastfeeding;
d Do not have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease or take MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants or any other prescription drug;
e Will not operate any vehicles or machinery while using any of these products or within 48 hours of using the products and, if you do, do so at your own risk;
f Will not exceed the stated dosage, and will read, understand and agree to carefully abide by any and/or all cautions and warnings on this website and any of the product labels;
g Will consult a doctor or healthcare professional before using the products if you have any medical condition.
4 Disclaimer
4.1 The effects of long term use of products of this nature have not been established so use is entirely at your own risk. In no event will Enjoi, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees or contractors be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or injury or harm caused by the use of the products.
4.2 Our products are legal for sale in New Zealand. To the best of our knowledge, they do not contain restricted ingredients and can be legitimately sold worldwide. International customers should however check with your local authorities or obtain legal advice as to whether our products are legal to import into your country before submitting your order. Due to constantly changing international laws we cannot keep up with the current legal status of each of our products in every country in the world. We take no responsibility and will provide no refunds for orders confiscated by your local customs or any other issues or costs that may arise after your order has left New Zealand. Determining whether the products are legal in your country is your responsibility.
5 Returns and refunds
5.1 If you wish to return an item purchased, you may do so up to 20 working days after the date of your purchase. All returned products must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and in a saleable condition. You must provide proof of purchase to Enjoi’s satisfaction. The refund will be issued to the credit card used to complete the original purchase, within 20 working days of receipt of the goods. All refunds will incur an administration fee, of 20% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
5.2 Enjoi reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to sell products or complete a sale transaction, whether or not products have been sold to you in the past. If payment has already been received when we decide not to complete the transaction, we will refund the purchase price of the products in full.
6 Delivery
6.1 New Zealand orders: Free overnight courier delivery, although please note rural delivery may take longer. Signature required on delivery.

6.4 Orders are sent by registered post or via UPS International Priority with full Track ‘n’ Trace, signature required. All delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars.
6.5. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain brown postal boxes or courier bags. For New Zealand customers only your name & address and a return PO Box is visible from the outside of the package. For International customers we use a low profile background company return address. All products are given low key descriptions.
7 Payment
7.1 This website uses the Flo2Cash secure payment system, which accepts all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
7.2 All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars.
8 Party Responsibly
8.1 Always follow the recommendations on the product packaging. Read the instructions carefully and abide by all cautions and warnings on this website and on the product labels. Every person’s body is different and people will have their own limits. If it is your first time taking an Enjoi product, pace yourself and assess how your body reacts to the initial dose. Always remember to follow the instructions on the packaging and never take more than the recommended dose.
8.2 Enjoi products may increase your heart rate and blood pressure, so you may dehydrate faster. Make sure you stay well hydrated. You should limit the amount of alcohol you consume, as this can lead to increased dehydration.
8.3 Avoid taking party pills if you intend to sleep in the following 6 hours.
8.4 We want you to have the best experience possible. Look after yourself and the people you are with.
